From Muay Thai to MMA, we have a program for you.

MUAY THAI / KICKBOXING

We offer specialized training in both Muay Thai and Kickboxing. Muay Thai utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees to turn the entire body into a weapon, while our Kickboxing classes focus on explosive punch and kick combinations for elite fitness and combat skills. Both programs cover core technique, heavy bag work, and pad drills in a structured environment. Whether you want to focus on one or cross-train in both, our instructors adapt the training to your current skill level.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU (BJJ)

BJJ is a ground-based grappling art focused on technique, leverage, and strategy over raw strength. Classes include warm-ups, technique instruction, partner drills, and live rolling. Available for both kids and adults at all skill levels, BJJ teaches you how to control a situation and stay calm under pressure. It is one of the most practical and rewarding martial arts you can train.

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts at Farang combines the striking of Muay Thai with the grappling of BJJ into one complete system. Classes are fast-paced and dynamic, teaching you how to transition fluidly between stand-up and ground work. Suited for adults 14 and up who want a full-body challenge that builds real skills. Some prior martial arts experience is recommended but not required.

YOUTH MUAY THAI

Designed for kids ages 4 to 14, our Youth Muay Thai program builds coordination, discipline, and self-confidence through age-appropriate striking fundamentals. Classes are high energy and structured, giving kids a safe space to challenge themselves and grow. No experience is needed and no equipment is required for the first class. Parents consistently see improvements not just in fitness but in focus, respect, and resilience.

COMPETITION TRAINING

For athletes who want to take it to the next level, our Competition Training program prepares you for real fights. Sessions focus on advanced combinations, fight strategy, ring craft, conditioning, and full sparring. This is high intensity training designed for dedicated students who are serious about competing in Muay Thai or MMA events. Your coaches will build a game plan around your strengths and develop the areas you need to win.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training at Farang is one-on-one coaching built entirely around your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, learn to defend yourself, prepare for competition, or simply get fit through martial arts, your sessions are tailored specifically to you. No membership is required and all ages and fitness levels are welcome. It is the fastest way to improve because every minute of every session is focused entirely on your development.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Beyond regular classes, Farang offers seasonal kids camps, after-school programs, and specialty workshops throughout the year. These programs are run by the same qualified coaches who teach our regular classes and are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and developing their skills outside of normal class hours.
