How do I get started?

What should I bring to my first class?
We recommend that you bring comfortable gym attire and a water bottle. We'll take care of the rest!
Do I need previous martial arts/fitness training before I start?
No! We tailor our classes and personal training sessions to our students.
Do I need to be a member to set up a personal training session?
Not at all, we offer personal training sessions to everyone.
